Assoc. Prof. Hoàng Yến Phương is the Vice Dean of the Faculty of English at Can Tho University, with over 20 years of teaching and research experience. She earned her Ph.D. in Linguistics from KU Leuven, Belgium. Her main research areas include language assessment, education policy, and the application of IT in language teaching.
Assoc. Prof. Phương has published extensively in Scopus Q1 journals such as Reflective Practice and Assessing Writing.
